You are examining the project we have undertaken for one of the 3 largest automobile brands in the world. The project, which reaches us through our active network, consists of the production of a real car in real dimensions, by forming and welding metal pipes, painting, lighting and presenting it on its own pedestal. Our production process is roughly as follows.
The process begins with the 3d drawing of the vehicle model we are asked to produce with steel pipes, in real dimensions and by staying true to the original. This drawing is simplified by considering the main lines (characteristic lines of the vehicle) and the same image is reinterpreted with the metal wire net method. Then this drawing is reinterpreted for the last time and turned into an industrial drawing to make production possible. We are now ready for production.
The bending process of metal pipes has started by adhering to the actual dimensions and design. Then, these pipes are started to be welded by the distinguished – artisanal argon welding masters. Thus, the parts that make up the vehicle began to form.
We can underline this stage, the production has continued by adhering to the real dimensions up to the vehicle chassis.
In the production made according to a plan, the vehicle has started to show itself.
After this stage, the car will be painted. However, it should show itself with vivid colors both in daylight and in daylight and should be suitable for presentation with Wall-Washer style lighting at night. Unfortunately, there is no such paint industrially. Therefore, we solved this need by doing R&D studies in the laboratory and preparing the chemical for the paint we need. 3d Metal cars are painted and ready for shipping.
In accordance with its dimensions, it was mounted on the pre-prepared Car Launch base and made ready for daytime presentation. In front of the lower plinth, the Branding Area is illuminated with neon letters.
Thanks to the Metal Model Car, Wall-Washer lighting and specially prepared paint, its night appearance and day appearance are the same.
